General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern bookings and stays at Lumen Stay.
Booking and Payment
A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the stay, to be made through the secure online payment system provided by Lumen Stay, using one of the payment methods available at the time of the transaction.
Once the payment has been successfully completed, the reservation will be automatically confirmed and the guest will receive a confirmation by email.
If the payment is not completed within the time indicated during the booking process, the reservation request will not be considered confirmed, and Lumen Stay reserves the right to make the room available for booking again.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 5 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
For cancellations made after this period, no-shows, or early departures, the property reserves the right to retain any amounts already paid and/or charge the amount provided for by the booking conditions.
Check-in and Check-out
In-person check-in: from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Remote self check-in: available after 2:00 PM.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM.
Breakfast hours: from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
Stay and Property Rules
Guests are required to respect Lumen Stay, other guests, and quiet hours. Smoking is not permitted inside the property unless otherwise specified. Any damage caused to the property or its furnishings will be charged to the responsible guest.
Best Rate Guarantee
Bookings made through the official Lumen Stay website benefit from the best available rate.
Should a guest find a lower rate on another online booking platform within 24 hours of making a reservation, for the same room type, dates, and booking conditions, they may contact the property and provide supporting documentation. Following verification, Lumen Stay will match the lower rate.
City Tax
The city tax required by the Municipality of Naples is not included in the booking price and must be paid according to current regulations, unless an exemption applies.
Liability
Lumen Stay shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Personal Data
Personal data provided by guests will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and used exclusively for purposes related to the reservation and stay at Lumen Stay.
